Strolling around Georgetown's World hertage district, part 1/ジョージタウンの世界遺産地区ブラ歩き（その1）

I spent Georgetown for 4 days from 22 and 25 October. Of course, I visited to some of the tourist attractions that has been designated as a World heritage such as Fort Cornwallis and Esplanade, City Hall, St.George's Church, Khoo Kongsi, a Chinese style temple built in 1898 etc. Here, I'll show you taking some pictures of the Fort Cornwallis area, a landmark of Georgetown. I'll upload of many temples and mosques around Little India soon.
10月22日から25日まで4日間ジョージタウンに滞在しました。もちろん世界遺産地区に指定されているコーン・ウオリス要塞、市庁舎、聖ジョージ教会、中華式寺院であるクー・コンシなどに行きました。ここでは撮影した写真のうちジョージタウンのランドマーク的な存在の一角であるコーンウオリス要塞周辺をUPし、リトル・インディア周辺に多く存在する寺院やモスクなどは次回UPする予定です。

First I visited to Fort Cornwallis and the Victoria Clock Tower. This place was built in honor of Francis Wright, the commander in chief of British East Asian Company, landed in 1786. The clock tower was built in 1867 to commemorate the 60th anniversary of queen Victoria's coronation.
まず最初に訪れたのがコーンウオリス要塞とビクトリア記念時計台です。この要塞はイギリス東インド会社のフランシス・ライトが1786年に歴史的上陸を果たした地点に築かれたものです。時計台はビクトリア女王即位60周年記念を記念し1867年に建てられたものです。

City Hall. It is still preserved one of the buildings reminiscent of the golden age of the British Empire. The beautiful white color building is a symbol of George Town. Now, it is used as a city council.
市庁舎。今も大切に保存され大英帝国時代の全盛期を彷彿させる建物のひとつ。美しい白亜の建物はジョージタウンの シンボル的存在で現在は市議会場として使われている。

Penang Museum. The museum's main theme is in the most important development period of Penang in history, photos and paintings, ceramics and other historical crafts are on display. It also has maps, charts as well as collections of the first Malaysian Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman has been published to the public.
ペナン博物館。ペナンの発展において重要な時期の写真や絵画、陶磁器やその他歴史的工芸品を展示。地図や海図、マレーシア初代首相・トゥンク・アブドゥル・ラーマンの記念品なども公開されている。

St. George's Church. This is Malaysia's oldest Anglican church, which was built by the hand of prisoners in 1818. The characteristic of the church is a small tower piercing through the sky. A small pavilion has been built as opposed to the entrance.
セント・ジョージ教会。1818年に囚人たちの手によって建てられたマレーシア最古の英国国教会。天を刺すような小塔が特徴的である。正面入り口と向き合うように小さなパビリオンが建てられている。

Staying at Armenian House, Georgetown/ジョージタウンのアルメニアンハウス滞在記

I stayed at Armenian Suite for three nights. It's very close to Georgetown's world heritage district, such as City Hall, Penang Museum, St. George's Church, Little India etc. I made a booking through Expedia, the total price is 14,979 JPY (about 125.192 USD). Indeed it's a cheap accommodation in the town, you can stay only 4,700 JPY (about 39 USD) per night.
ジョージタウンの世界遺産地区に近いアルメニアンスイート（Armenian Suite）に3泊しました。エクスペディアで予約しましたが総額14,779円なので、1泊4,700円台で泊まれるのでとても安いです。

It's a three story house, rooms are located both on second and third floors. There's a cafe called Bitter Sweet on the first floor (=ground floor). They provide basic amenities in the room, e.g. a coffee maker and two of bottled mineral water on the right desk, and bathroom amenities such as towels, body lotions and shampoo on your bed. It's always neat and clean, but I got upset two things. I feel not comfortable because some cafe customers speak too loud till it is closed at 10. The other bad thing is I saw a small insect the last morning.
ここの建物は3階建てとなっていて2階と3階が部屋で1階が「Bitter Sweet」というカフェがあります。
基本的なアメニティは部屋に備え付けていて右側机の上にコーヒーメーカーやミネラルウオーターが、ベッドの上にタオル、ボディローションやシャンプーなどがあります。部屋はとてもきれいで清潔です。しかしがっかりした点が2つあります。カフェの客の話し声があまりにもうるさくて10時に閉店するまで騒がしくて落ち着けません。また最終日の朝に小さな虫がいたのにはがっかりでした。

The owner, a middle aged Chinese woman, is very friendly. She told me the main tourist attractions and some famous restaurants during my stay in Georgetown. She also call a taxi to the airport beforehand because I will be leave there early in the morning on last day.
華僑である中年女性のオーナーさんはとても親切でジョージタウン滞在中の観光名所やいくつかの有名なレストランをいろいろと教えていただきました。また最終日のフライトが早朝発なので事前にタクシーを手配してもらいました。

FUK plane spotting on 24 November/11月24日福岡空港での飛行機たち

I had tried to take closer picture of a Thai Airways Boeing 787-8 and an EVA Air Boeing 777-300ER from a sports ground facing to the Rwy 34R.
滑走路34Rに面した運動場からタイ国際航空のB787-8とエバー航空のB777-300ERを近場狙いしてみました。

First, I'm uploading a Thai Airways flight TG649 to Bangkok. From 11 November, the airline has introduced Boeing's state of the art, the 787 family into Fukuoka route.
まず最初にタイ国際航空のバンコク行きTG649便をUPします。同社は11月11日からボーイング社の最新鋭である787機を福岡線に投入しています。

Next, I'm posting an EVA Air Boeing 777-300ER. She is becoming more and more common in Fukuoka. Why this flight was specially operated by B773s? There are I have two reasons:

•  In Japan, there are consecutive holidays from 22 to 24 November. Some Japanese take a holiday and travel abroad.
• Similarly, many Taiwanese tourists visit Kyushu for three or four days. They'll go to popular touristic places, e.g. Canal City Hakata, Yanagawa, Huis Ten Bosch theme park, Kumamoto Castle, Mount Aso, Yufuin and Beppu hot springs etc.

次にエバー航空のB777-300ER機をUPします。最近当機種で飛来する日が多くなってきていますがなぜこの日は77Wで特別飛来していたのでしょうか？それらには2つの理由が考えられます。

• 11月22日から24日まで連休だったのでたくさんの人々が休みを取って海外に出かける。
• 3~4日の旅行で九州を訪れる台湾人観光客が多い。

Dinner at Down Town Cafe, Georgetown/ジョージタウンのDown Town Cafeで夕食

I took a limousine service to Armenian Suite in the heart of Georgetown. I stayed there for three nights. The weather was rainy. Suddenly, it became a heavy rain downpour. I arrived to the city about 30 minutes. But the driver went wrong to the Armenian Street Heritage Hotel. He got me off there. So I asked the front desk staff "How to get there?". They aren't not helpful. They really don't know where it is. They only said, "Go straight take right to the street". While walking the street during rain, there is a fancy restaurant called Down Town Cafe.
リムジンタクシーで ジョージタウンの中心にあるアルメニアンスイート（Armenian Suite）へ。天気は雨で途中激しく降るなどあいにくの天候でした。30分ほどで市内へ。しかし運転手がアルメニアン・ストリート・ヘリテージホテル（Armenian Street Heritage Hotel）へかと勘違いしそこで降ろされました。フロントのスタッフにどのようにして行けばよいのかと尋ねたのですが不親切で場所がわからずにただ「この通りをまっすぐ右へ」と言うだけ。雨が降る中通りを歩くとDownTownCafeというカジュアルなレストランがあって早速入ることに。

The friendly staff very welcome to come here. They showed me a menu and took an order.
店に入ると親切な店員がいらっしゃいという感じで応対してくれました。早速メニューを見せてくれて注文しました。

Mango lassi for a drink. Putting whipping cream on top, it looks like more delicious.
ドリンクはマンゴーラッシーを。上にはホィップクリームを載せていて食欲感をそそります。

Sliced mango salad with scallops.
マンゴーサラダ。帆立貝が載っていて見た目がよく栄養満点です。

I ordered grilled burger as a main dish. Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of it.
メインはグリルバーガーを注文。食べるのに夢中で写真を撮るのを忘れてしまいました。

When asked to a middle aged female staff "How can I get a hotel from here". She kindly said "Go straight to the street, you'll get to the hotel". I would say that thank you so much.
店員である中年の女性にホテルまでの行き方を尋ねると「まっすぐ行くとホテルにたどり着けます」ということ。親切に教えてくれて本当に助かりました。

Taking pictures of planes at Hong Kong International Airport on 22 October/10月22日香港国際空港での飛行機撮影

I was taking pictures of planes before boarding KA691 flight to Penang. The airport is a home of Cathay Pacific, so you'll see many planes of its group company such as Dragon Air. It's also function as East Asia's leading hub, a number of companies flying from all over the world.
ペナン行きKA691便の搭乗前に撮影した飛行機です。当空港はキャセイのホームグラウンドでありドラゴン航空など同グループの飛行機を多く見かけるとともに東アジア有数のハブとしても機能しており、世界各国から数多くの会社が乗り入れてきます。

• A Cathay Pacific Airbus A340-300 One World livery (B-HXG)/キャセイパシフィック航空A340-300ワンワールド特別塗装機（B-HXG）
  
  The plane start pushback to take off. This livery has 3 of its own fleets, the one is B-HLU of A330-300, and the another one is B-KPL of B777-300ER.
  当機は離陸に向けてプッシュバックを開始。当塗装機は同社の保有機材中3機あって1機がA330-300機（B-HLU）でもう一機がB777-300ER機（B-KPL）である。
• A Cathay Pacific Boeing 747-400 (B-HOR)/キャセイパシフィック航空のB747-400機（B-HOR）
  
  
  The plane from Bangkok arrived at Gate 1, just right next to my boarding flight KA691. It becomes CX500 flight to Tokyo Narita.
  バンコク発の飛行機が搭乗便であるKA691便の右隣ゲート1に到着。当機は折り返し東京成田行きCX500便となる。
• A Korean Air KE604 to Seoul Incheon (B747-400)/大韓航空のソウル仁川行きKE604便（B747-400）
  
  The plane start pushback to take off. The airline is operated on the Hong Kong route to 5 flights per day, the one from Seoul Incheon (see the photo) and the other one from Busan. Flights for Incheon will be offered to four services per day.
  当機は離陸に向けてプッシュバックを開始。同社は香港線を1日5便運航しており、ソウル仁川発着便（写真）と釜山発着便があって仁川線は1日4便ある。
  

Fly to Penang with Dragon Air/ドラゴン航空でペナンへ

香港ーペナン間のKA691便搭乗記です。

Taking with a Dragon Air flight is second time, last time I went to Australia in January 2009. At that time, I was taking a return flight from Hong Kong to Fukuoka. I got bored during the flight because there's no entertainment on A320s.
ドラゴン便に乗るのは2度目です。前回は2009年1月シドニーからの帰国便で香港ー福岡間を利用しました。そのときの機種がA320機だったのでエンタメがなくフライト中はとても退屈してしまいました。

 Flight info/フライト情報

• Flight time/フライト時間：3 hours and 40 minutes/3時間40分

All Dragon Air flights to Penang will be operated on A330-300s, so you can enjoy in-flight entertainments during the flight. The aircraft registration number B-HLA was bought from its parent company Cathay Pacific in November 2012.
ドラゴン航空のペナン線は全便A330-300機で運航していてフライト中エンタメが楽しめます。機体番号はB-HLAで当機は2012年11月に親会社のキャセイより購入したものです。

Welcome to Studio KA, Dragon Air's in-flight entertainment system. The system itself is the same as Cathay Pacific's Studio CX. It's available in six languages, including Japanese. They've shown all flight attendants welcome you to aboard on the welcome screen.
ドラゴンの機内エンターテイメントシステムであるStudioKAのウエルカムスクリーン。システム自体キャセイのStudioCXとまったく同じです。日本語を含め6言語で対応しており、搭乗の際CAの顔が映し出され優しく出迎えてくれます。

I went to the boarding gate at 2:00pm. It's 70 minutes before departure. At the gate, they announced as "our flight will be left in 20 minutes late" because the plane had not arrived yet. The plane from Shanghai arrived at 2:20pm. It will become my flight to Penang after refueling and all catering works are done.
At 3:33pm, the plane starts a pushback. 10 minutes later, it was takeoff on Rwy 07R.
2時に搭乗ゲートへ行ってみると飛行機がまだ到着していなかったので出発が20分遅れるとのこと。2時20分にようやく上海からの飛行機が到着。当機は配膳の入れ替え作業や給油など終えて折り返し搭乗するペナン行きとなります。 
午後3時33分に飛行機はプッシュバックを開始し10分後に滑走路07Rから離陸。

I choose a 24C seat, a left aisle seat of the front. It should be noted that, in case of economy class, the beginning of seat number is completely different in the two companies. Whereas Cathay is starting from 39, Dragon is from 22.
座席は左前方の通路側24Cを選択。注意すべき点はエコノミークラスの場合始めの座席番号が2社ではまったく異なっていて、キャセイは39番から始まるのに対してドラゴンは22番からです。

Passengers are almost full. I saw many Japanese tourists go on holiday. Currently there's no direct flights from Japan, they have to change planes either at Hong Kong or Singapore. In addition, the transit time for connecting flights is good at Hong Kong that the reason why the tour companies would choose the airline.
機内はほぼ満席で日本人のツアー客を数多く見かけました。現在日本からの直行便がなく香港やシンガポールなどで乗り継ぎしなければなりません。また香港での乗り継ぎ時間がよくそのような理由でツアー会社が選んだのかもしれません。

Meal. I chose a Singaporean style stir-fried noodle. When eating I felt so hot. I asked flight attendants to have something sweet after a meal. They gave me a special made "Dragon cookies". It was so sweet and delicious! I got them even a return flight. I think it's still better than salted peanuts served before a meal and a macadamia nut shortbread as a snack on Cathay Pacific.
機内食はシンガポール風焼きそばを選択。味はかなり辛い感じがしました。食後何か甘いものがほしかったので乗務員に尋ねると特製のドラゴンクッキーをくれました。これがとてもおいしかったので帰りの便でもいただきました。むしろキャセイで出される食前のピーナッツやマカデミアナッツショートブレッドよりよかったりします。

During landing, cabin crews made a spray to turn off the smell and the plane was safely arrived at Penang 7:02pm local time. By the way, there's no time difference between Hong Kong and Penang.
着陸態勢中乗務員が臭いを消すためスプレーをまいていました。そして現地時刻の午後7時02分ペナンに到着。なお香港とペナンの間に時差はありません。

At the airport, I must pick up my luggage before customs. If you bring drugs in Malaysia, you'll be going to jail. It took time to come out my luggage at the baggage reclaim. Without having a problem, it has quickly done at customs. Then I took a taxi to hotel.
空港では税関の前に荷物を引き取らなければなりません。マレーシアでは麻薬類の持込は死刑が宣告されます。荷物が出てくるまでとても時間がかかりました。税関申告では問題がなくすぐに終了。そしてタクシーでホテルへ。

FUK plane spotting: A Jetstar Asia Airways Airbus a320 landing and takeoff actions./ジェットスター・アジア航空の福岡離着陸シーン

I was able to take pictures of a Singapore-based budget airline, Jetstar Asia Airways before starting the first flight of a Thai Airways B787-8s to Fukuoka on Tuesday. From 27 June, the airline first offers to a cheap flight between Fukuoka and South East Asia on the Bangkok/Singapore route to 1 flight per day.
去る11日タイ航空の記念すべきB787機就航便の出発前に6月27日から新規就航したシンガポールのLCCジェットスター・アジア航空の捕獲にも成功しました。同社はLCCで初めて福岡ー東南アジア間に就航しバンコク・シンガポールを1日1便で結んでいます。

The plane was landed on Rwy 16R at 9:02am.
飛行機は午前9時02分に滑走路16Rに着陸。

3K510, the return flight, was taking off at 10:36am.
折り返しの3K510便は午前10時36分に離陸。

Morning views of Victoria Harbour from BP International Hotel/BPインターナショナルホテルからのビクトリア・ハーバーの朝

I spent one night at BP International Hotel in Kowloon. It's close to Jordan MTR (=metro) station. You can go to the famous Temple Street Night Market within 10 minutes on foot.
九龍（カオルーン）のBPインターナショナルホテルで1泊しました。MTR（地下鉄）の佐敦（ジョーダン、Jordan）駅から近くて、歩いて10分ほどで有名なテンプル・ストリート（寺街）のナイトマーケットに行けます。

This time, I didn't go out there because of recent protests. You know, some streets and roads are blocked by them. I only went to a fancy Kebab restaurant in Jordan Road for dinner.
今回はデモで一部の通りや道が封鎖されているためまったく外出せず夕食を食べに佐敦道にある小さなケバブ店だけ行きました。

On the next morning, I took two pictures of Victoria Harbour panorama from a window next to the elevator before having breakfast at a cafe on the second floor.
翌朝起きて2階カフェの朝食会場に行く前にすぐエレベーター横の窓からビクトリア・ハーバーの光景を撮りました。

Taking pictures of planes at Incheon Airport on 21 October, part 2/10月21日仁川空港での飛行機撮影（その2）

Here, I'm uploading some images of two Korean national flag carriers, Korean Air and Asiana Airlines from the main terminal and concourse.
ここでは韓国系2社（大韓航空、アシアナ航空）の飛行機のうち本館およびコンコースから撮影したものをUPします。

  The plane is active in all-round, from short- to long-distances.
  当機種は短距離から長距離まであらゆる路線で活躍している。

  Boeing 747, also known as Jumbo Jet, still working on their long-distance routes, such as North America and Europe.

  The airline has been introduced the model into Los Angeles and Hong Kong routes from this summer. This is flight OZ202 to Los Angeles taxi and take off.
  当機は今年夏からロサンゼルス線と香港線に投入。当便は離陸に向けてタキシング中のロサンゼルス行きOZ202便。

I caught a Thai Airways B787s today!/今日タイ航空のB787機を捕獲しました！

I was able to take pictures of the first flight of a Thai Airways Boeing 787-8s to Fukuoka today. I left home at 7, and headed off to the airport by bicycle. But I couldn't take a picture of the first flight TG648 from Bangkok because the plane had already arrived. I only took pictures of the return flight TG649.
今日タイ国際航空のB787-8機の写真撮影に成功しました。朝7時に家を出て自転車で向かったのですがあいにくにも記念すべきフライトであるバンコク発TG648便はすでに到着していたので残念ながら撮れず折り返しのTG649便のみの撮影となりました。

The plane was taking off on Rwy 16R at 12:03pm Japan time. I met two plane enthusiasts next to me. They had been waiting to have a tripod and try to take a picture. Aircraft registration number HS-TQB was used for the first flight.

飛行機は午後12時03分に滑走路16Rから離陸。そばには二人の飛行機マニアたちがいて写真を撮ろうと三脚を持って待ち構えていました。機体番号はHS-TQBでした。

I'm going to take a picture of a Thai Airways B787 inaugural flight tomorrow/明日タイ国際航空のB787機就航便を撮りに行きます

I'm going to Fukuoka Airport to take a picture of a Thai Airways Boeing 787-8 first flight to Fukuoka tomorrow. At first, the airline will be introduced the model into the route from 26 October, then from 1 November. But they had postponed for some reasons. Finally, it will be launching tomorrow. The weather will be fine tomorrow, so I want to take a beautiful picture.
明日タイ国際航空のB787-8機の記念すべき就航フライトを撮りに行きます。 当初は10月26日から、その後11月1日から投入予定となっていましたが諸般の事情で明日からとなりました。ちなみに明日の天気はさわやかな晴れできれいな写真が撮れることを願っています。

Taking pictures of planes at Incheon Airport on 21 October, part 1/10月21日仁川空港での飛行機撮影（その1）

I was taking pictures of planes at the concourse before boarding CX411 flight to Hong Kong. I saw more to more Chinese companies flying to Incheon than before because an increasing number of  international tourists from Chinese speaking countries, such as China, Hong Kong, Taiwan etc.. recently.
香港行きCX411便の搭乗前にコンコースにて撮影した飛行機です。最近中国人系訪問客数の大幅な増加で同系航空会社を以前より多く見かけるようになりました。

• A Lufthansa Boeing 747-8I/ルフトハンザのボーイング747-8I
  
  The plane was stopping at the tarmac. Lufthansa is operated on the Seoul route to 2 flights per day, the one from Frankfurt (see the picture) and the other one from Munich. Flights for Munich will be offered to six services per week. Both flights from Incheon were cancelled because the airline was performed a pilot strike on this day.
  駐機場で休んでいる飛行機。ルフトハンザは仁川線を1日2便運航しており、フランクフルト発着便（写真）とミュンヘン発着便があってミュンヘン線は週6便である。この日同社はパイロットストライキを決行し両便とも欠航となった。
• A China Eastern Airlines MU5042 to Shanghai Pudong (A330-200)/中国東方航空の上海浦東行きMU5042便（A330-200）
  
  The plane was engine starting to taxi and take-off. The airline is operated on the route to 5 flights per day, including one flight by Shanghai Airlines, the sister company.
  飛行機は離陸に向けてエンジン始動。同社の当路線は子会社である上海航空便を含め1日5便運航している。
• A MIAT Mongolian Airlines OM362 to Ulan Bator (B767-300), and An Aeroflot SU251 to Moscow (B777-300ER)/MIATモンゴル航空ウランバートル行きOM362便（B767-300）とアエロフロート・ロシア航空のモスクワ行きSU251便（B777-300ER）
  
  While a MIAT plane was ready for departure, an Aeroflot plane is engine starting to taxi and take-off.
  モンゴル航空機が出発に向けて準備中にアエロフロート機が離陸に向けてエンジン始動。
•  An Aeroflot Boeing 777-300ER/アエロフロートのボーイング777-300ER
  
  Aeroflot, Russia's national flag carrier, is operated on the Seoul route to 1 flight per day. The airline is quite popular for backpackers, e.g. the price is cheaper than other companies to Europe. Moscow, the carrier's hub airport, is also very convenient for transit to European cities.
  ロシアの国営航空会社であるアエロフロートは仁川線を1日1便運航している。同社はヨーロッパに行く際他社より料金が安くバックパッカーたちからとても人気だ。またハブ空港であるモスクワからヨーロッパ各都市への便の乗り継ぎも便利だ。
  
• A Cathay Pacific CX439 to Hong Kong (A340-300)/キャセイパシフィック航空香港行きCX439便（A340-300）
  
  Cathay Pacific is now available on the Seoul route to 6 flights per day, including one flight via Taipei. This is an early flight, it leaves 95 minutes before my flight.

  The flight arrived at Gate 125, right next to boarding my Cathay Pacific flight. The airline began operating a scheduled service to Seoul in May 2013.

仁川ー香港間のCX411便搭乗記です。

Taking with a Cathay Pacific flight from Incheon is second time, last time I went to the UK last July.
仁川発キャセイ便に乗るのは2度目です。前回は昨年7月に英国行ったときでした。

Originally, this flight was scheduled to be operated on B773s, but they made an aircraft change to 77Ws one week before departure. It's my favorite plane, so I was lucky to take it again.
当初はB773が入る予定でしたが出発1週間前急遽77Wに機材変更。僕の大好きな機材なので久しぶりに乗ることができてとてもラッキーでした。

Welcome to Studio CX, Cathay Pacific's in-flight entertainment system. It's available in six languages, including Japanese. They've shown all flight attendants welcome you to aboard on the welcome screen.
キャセイの機内エンターテイメントシステムであるスタジオCXのウエルカムスクリーン。日本語を含め6言語で対応しており、搭乗の際CAの顔が映し出され優しく出迎えてくれます。

This is a Japanese version. I guess she's Naoko. Like me, she's from Fukuoka. I met her once on a plane in 2007. I think she still works as a flight attendant.
こちらは日本語版です。この方はおそらくNAOKO（直子）さんと思います。直子さんは僕と同じ福岡出身でおそらく今でも現役でいらっしゃると思います。ちなみに彼女とは2007年に一度機内でお会いしたことがあります。

At 3:21pm, the plane starts a pushback. 10 minutes later, it was takeoff on Rwy 16.
午後3時21分に飛行機はプッシュバックを開始し10分後に滑走路16から離陸。

I choose a 40C seat, a left aisle seat of the front. There is a premium economy in front of my seat. Since the flight time is only 3 hours and half, they don't make separated by a curtain during the flight. So I would look front seats easily.
座席は左前方の通路側40Cを選択。前には座席がなくて脚が伸ばせるのですがテーブルとモニターは引き出さなければならないのが面倒です。前方にはプレミアム・エコノミーがありますが飛行時間がわずか3時間半なのでフライト中仕切りカーテンをしません。だから前方の座席がよく見えてしまいます（笑）。

Passengers are almost full. I saw many Americans and Australians on the way go back home. Like other mega carrier airlines, Cathay Pacific has extensive networks to the world. So it's very convenient for transit at Hong Kong. They have received some excellent service awards, such as Airline of the year 2014 by Skytrax. Also, the price is cheaper. That's why many passengers would choose the airline.
機内はほぼ満席で里帰りの米国人やオーストラリア人などを数多く見かけました。キャセイは他の主要航空会社と同じくネットワークが充実しているので香港での乗り継ぎがとても便利だからです。また同社は2014年スカイトラックス（Skytrax）社のエアライン・オブ・ザ・イヤー賞など数々の受賞暦があるうえに値段も安いので人気が高いエアラインのひとつです。

Meal. I felt so hot when I was taking the same flight last year, this time I ordered a fruit platter special meal in advance.
機内食。昨年乗ったときとても辛かったので今回は事前にフルーツプレートの特別機内食を注文しました。

I enjoyed listening to classical music such as Bach's Oboe Concerto in 3rd movement during the flight.
フライト中はバッハの第3楽章オーボエ協奏曲などクラッシック曲を聴いていました。

The plane was safely arrived at Hong Kong 5:53pm local time. The arrival gate was 25. It's not far from the immigration counter, you just a short walk to go immigration. There is only a few people waiting in a row at the immigration, it ends immediately. My luggage is sending through from Fukuoka, so I have to pick it up at the baggage reclaim. I finally got my luggage coming out after 20 minutes and I was able to take it without any problems. After that, I took a city flyer bus on route A21 to hotel.
飛行機は現地時刻の午後5時53分香港に到着。到着ゲートは入国審査場からあまり離れていない25番だったので少し歩くだけですぐに入国審査を受けられます。審査場では並んでいる人が少なかったのですぐに終了。手荷物受取所では福岡からスルーで送った荷物を引き取らなけらばなりません。20分ほど経ってからようやく荷物が出てきて何の問題なく引き取れました。その後シティフライヤーのA21番バスに乗ってホテルへ。
