Atsuko Maeda graduated

Finally, Atsuko Maeda (=Acchan) was graduated from AKB48 on 27 August after the her last stage on AKB48 theatre in Akihabara, Tokyo. I was so sad for her graduation. I hope Acchan become a big star, and a great singer. Acchan Ganbare!

Two Water wheels (二連水車), Asakura, Fukuoka

In the downstream of the Three Water wheels, there are two other pumping water wheels, Mishima (三島) and Hisashige (久重).

Yufugawa Valley is a local natural attraction, located in the mountain area of Beppu and Yufu cities.

Lake Kagurame (神楽女湖), Beppu, Oita

Lake Kagurame is located 600 metres above sea level. In June, many people come to see the flowers including over 15,000 Irises and 80 different types.

Lake Shidaka (志高湖), Beppu on 20 August 2012

After we left Asakura Three Water wheels, we went to Lake Shidaka. It is located 600 metres above sea level.

Three Water wheels (三連水車) in Asakura, Fukuoka

Yesterday, on 20 August, we went to Three Water wheels in Asakura, and Lake Shidaka, Lake Kagurame and Yufugawa Valley in Beppu.





After we left there, we went to Lake Shidaka in Beppu.

Tsujun Bridge (通潤橋), Yamato, Kumamoto on 30 September 2010

Tsujun Bridge is an aqueduct in Yamato, Kumamoto. It is an arch bridge completed in 1854 and is 84.0m long. The arch spans 27.3m. It is the largest stone aqueduct in Japan.

Showa-no-machi (昭和の町; Town of the Showa era), Bungotakada, Oita, on 25 August 2011

Showa-no-machi, a town recreating the retrospect town in the Showa 30's, is a famous sightseeing spot in Bungotakada. It has recently drawn much attention due to Japanese movies and novels.
Daihatsu Midget I is exhibited on the Showa Roman Kura.

China Airlines A330-300 (reg:B-18311) Sky team livery at Fukuoka Airport on 12 August 2012/2012年8月12日福岡空港でのチャイナエアライン(中華航空)のA330-300機 (機体番号:B-18311)「スカイチーム」特別塗装機

This fleet was painted "Sweet" Taiwanese fruit livery until recently. However, it has been repainted with the latest Sky team livery which China Airlines joined to one of the world's airline alliance in last September.

当機はつい先日まで"Sweet" 台湾フルーツ特別塗装機だったのですが昨年9月に同社が加盟した航空連合「スカイチーム」最新塗装に塗り替えられました。

Nagasaki Peace Park (平和公園)

Yesterday (09 August 2012), it is been 67 years since the atomic bombing of Nagasaki, which killed 73,884.

We were visited to the Nagasaki Peace Park on 05 June.
