香港までのCX254便搭乗記です。

It was found to be the same aircraft on outward journey when I'm looking at the plane from the window.
窓から飛行機を眺めていると行きと同じ機体であることが判明。

I took a Premium Economy Class in this flight as well as outward.
行きと同じくこの便ではプレミアム・エコノミークラスに乗りました。

Meal time in a few minutes after takeoff. The 1st meal can be chosen from three main dishes; Fish with rice, Lamb steak with risotto and pasta. This time, I chose Fish with rice. But I really don't like this taste, I ate only half and left it. Indeed, meals from London is unpalatable. I ordered Indian food when I flew Singapore Airlines before, but this was also not delicious. I wondered as "Can they make food so delicious?". You know food is unpalatable in the UK, but they can do it!
They offer an ice cream for dessert. But it was Beechdean, the UK's famous ice cream manufacture since 1989. 
離陸後しばらくしてから食事タイム。1回目の食事は魚とご飯和え、子羊のステーキとリゾット和え、パスタ3種類のメインデッシュから選ぶことができました。今回は魚とご飯和えにしましたが味付けが口に合わずに半分だけ食べて残しました。ロンドンからの機内食はホント不味いです。以前シンガポール航空に乗ったときインド料理を注文しましたがこれも不味いでした。さすが食べ物が不味いといわれる英国だけあって味付けに工夫を凝らさないのだろうかと疑問を感じます。デザートにアイスクリームが出されましたが往路と違いハーゲンダッツではなく地元のメーカーであるビーチディーン（Beechdean）でした。

I got Highland spring water during the flight.
飛行中ミネラルウォーターをもらいました。ここのメーカーはHighland Spring Water というスコットランドに本部を置く会社です。

The 2nd meal was served 2 hours before landing. They have two main dishes; Omelet and Rice porridge. I chose omelet. The taste is so-so.
着陸2時間前に2回目の食事が出されました。メインデッシュはオムレツ、おかゆの2種類でした。自分はオムレツにしました。味はまあまあでした。

パーソナルモニターは3D方式となっていて現在の飛行位置がフライトマップに表示されます。 

The plane arrived at Hong Kong at 5:02 pm local time. The arrival gate is 2, so it's very close to the immigration.
飛行機は現地時刻の午後5時02分香港に着きました。到着ゲートは入国審査に最も近い2番でした。

I saw Swiss International Airlines (LX) A340-300 by chance which is stopping at Gate 21. This is LX138 from Zurich.　
偶然にも21番ゲートに止まっているスイスインターナショナルエアラインズ（LX）のA340-300を見ました。当便はチューリヒ発LX138便です。

There is only a few people waiting in a row at the immigration, it ends immediately. I have a 7 hour transit, so I decided to go sightseeing to Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars and night market in Jordan. 
入国審査では並んでいる人が少なかったのですぐに終了。乗り継ぎに7時間あるので一旦空港から外に出てビクトリア・ピーク、アベニュー・オブ・スターズとナイトマーケットへ行くことに。
