Totoro no Mori (トトロの森;Totoro Forest), Ume, Oita Prefecture

"You could take the Cat bus at night"

Photos from Totoro no Mori (=Totoro Forest) in the Ume area of Saiki City, Oita Prefecture which is featured the film "My Neighbour Totoro". On 23 July 2010, we decided to take a drive to see the Totoro bus stop. This stop is being actually used by the Oita Bus company.

About 150m further down the road from the bus stop, you can find a bunch of Totoros made of stone or cement and the Cat bus.
