This day, the TG649 flight was takeoff on the South side Runway 34R because of a strong wind blowing in the morning. At the time of takeoff, Air Busan BX141 to Busan taxiing the runway side. They met each other.

この日のTG649便は朝から吹く強風のため南側滑走路34Rから離陸しました。離陸時にエアプサンBX141便釜山行きが片側滑走路をタキシング中にすれ違いました。

I went to France (Paris, Lille, Mont Saint Michel and Saint-Malo) and London, England for a month between December 2005 and January 2006. This time, I flew by Cathay Pacific. I was stayed  in Hong Kong for 2 nights on the way to Paris.

2005年12月から2006年1月まで約1ヶ月ほどフランス（パリ、リール、モン・サン・ミッシェル、サン・マロ）とイギリスロンドンに行きました。このときはキャセイパシフィック航空で行ったので香港で2泊してパリに向かいました。

Korean Air B777-300ER and Cathay Pacific A330-300/大韓航空のB777-300ER機とキャセイパシフィック航空のA330-300機

Today, two international planes come to Fukuoka, the former is Korean Air B777-300ER, and the latter is Cathay Pacific A330-300.

今日国際線の特別機（大韓航空B777-300ER機とキャセイパシフィック航空A330-300機）の2機が飛来していました。

Why this flight was specially operated by 77W today? There are I have two reasons:

• In Japan, the Golden Week holidays from 27 April to 6 May. Some Japanese take a holiday and travel abroad.
• Many Korean tourists visit Kyushu for three or four days. They'll go to popular touristic places, e.g. Canal City Hakata, Huis Ten Bosch theme park, Kumamoto Castle, Mount Aso, Yufuin and Beppu hot springs etc.

なぜ今日のこの便は77Wで特別飛来していたのでしょうか？それらには2つの理由が考えられます。

• 4月27日から5月6日までゴールデンウイーク（GW）大型連休が控えていてたくさんの人々が休みを取って海外に出かける。
• 3~4日の旅行で九州を訪れる韓国人観光客が多い。

I saw her since January 2012. Recently, CX510/511 are mainly used by B777s, so she'll not come here often.

In the morning, I went to Fukuoka Airport to watch planes both domestic and international. It was a very sunny day today, so I took some my photos as usual, on Rwy 16R.

This day, Vietnam Airlines VN351 to Ho Chi Minh City was earlier than Singapore Airlines SQ655 to Singapore, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines KL870 to Amsterdam and China Airlines CI111 to Taipei. Besides, flights SQ655 and KL870 were also earlier than CI111.

In the morning, I went to Fukuoka Airport to watch planes both domestic and international. It was a very sunny day today, so I took some my photos as usual, on Rwy 16R.

Note:This day, the direction of takeoffs were changed from the North side on Runway 16R to the South side on Runway 34R at about 8 am because of a strong wind blowing in the morning.

Sakura at Tenjin Chuo Park (天神中央公園) on 4 April

In the afternoon, I had scheduled a Hanami Party at Tenjin Chuo Park, located next to ACROS Fukuoka, near Nakasu. Here's cherry trees in full bloom. People enjoy having Hanami parties under the cherry blossoms.

Lunch at Gamlangdii (ガムランディー) Thai Restaurant in Daimyo, Fukuoka

Yesterday, after plane spotting, I had a lunch at Gamlangdii, an authentic Thai Restaurant in Daimyo. The restaurant, the best Thai food in Fukuoka, which is certified by Thai Government, was moved at the site of Jaminka and reopened on 19 October 2012.

I was ordered Gapao Gohan Set (750 Yen) for lunch. It's Thai-flavoured chicken mince fry on rice, served with a small salad and soup. You can add more boiled rice and toppings like Thai-flavoured chicken mince for 100 Yen each. It's quite spicy, but yummy!

Like many restaurants in Japan, menus display image of their dishes near the entrance.

I was watched planes both domestic and international near Rwy 16R from 10am to noon.
午前10時から正午まで滑走路16R近くで飛行機を眺めていました。

Note:This day, Vietnam Airlines VN351 to Ho Chi Minh City took off earlier than Singapore Airlines SQ655 to Singapore.

注:この日はシンガポール航空ベトナム航空VN351便ホーチミン行きがシンガポール航空SQ655便シンガポール行きより先に離陸しました。

• Two Star Alliance carriers, Singapore Airlines SQ655 (A330-300) to Singapore takeoff on Rwy 16R, and United Airlines UA165 (B737-700) from Guam landing and taxiing the runway side./シンガポール航空SQ655便（A330-300)シンガポール行き滑走路16Rから離陸およびグアムからのユナイテッド航空UA165便（B737-700)が片側滑走路を着陸およびタキシング中。両社ともスターアライアンスに加盟している。

At the time of SQ655 takeoff, UA165 has arrived. They met each other. I was so glad to see at the moment./SQ655便の着陸時にUA165便が着陸しお互いにすれ違いました。その瞬間を見れてとても満足です。

•  An hour later, two Asiana planes met each other. At the time of flight OZ131 (B777-200 ER; reg:HL7755) to Seoul takeoff, flight OZ140 (A320) from Jeju landing and taxiing the runway side./1時間後、アシアナ航空の2機同士がすれ違いました。OZ131便（B777-200ER;機体番号:HL7755)ソウル行きの離陸中に済州からのOZ140便（A320)が片側滑走路を着陸およびタキシング中でした。

I saw something unusual scene at 12:20pm. At the time of JAL B777-200 (reg:JA771J) New Tsurumaru One World livery JL314 to Tokyo Haneda takeoff on Rwy 34R, EVA Air A330-200 (reg:B-16311) Kitty Jet "Happy Music Time" BR2105 to Taipei taxiing the runway side. They met each other.

午後12時20分に日本航空のB777-200(機体番号:JA771J)新鶴丸ワンワールド塗装機JAL314便東京羽田行き滑走路34Rからの離陸の際にエバー航空のA330-200「キティジェット」(機体番号:B-16311)BR2105便台北行きが片側滑走路をタキシング中にすれ違うめずらしい場面を見ました。

I took Cathay Pacific B777-300ER (reg:B-KPW) flight CX511 to Hong Kong via Taipei at 10:54am on Rwy 34R. I was checked it out at Cathay Pacific website yesterday, this flight will be operated by B777-300ER until 24th April except on some days, so I want to take this plane at the airport in the morning.

Note: This day, the direction of takeoffs were changed from the North side on Runway 16R to the South side on Runway 34R at about 9:40am.

Aso Shrine (阿蘇神社), Kumamoto on 25 March (Part 2)

I had shown you a couple of cherry trees in bloom yesterday. Today, I'm posting three photos taken inside the shrine.

• Haiden (拝殿) or the main shrine

• Chozuya (手水舎) is located in front of Romon. You'll need to wash your hands before going to the main shrine. And you'll try to drink water from a natural spring. This is good for you.

•  Enmusubi-no-matsu, lit. a pine of marriage, was taken from yokyoku (an integral part of the traditional Noh theatre) "Takasago-no-matsu". It is said to have a prayer answered both men and women turning round twice, from left for men and right for women.

Aso Shrine (阿蘇神社), Kumamoto on 25 March (Part 1)

After leaving Isshingyo big cherry tree, we went to Aso Shrine. There are many cherry trees are approaching full bloom, with over 50% of the flowers already open. We enjoyed for a cherry blossom viewing party.

Plane spotting at Fukuoka Airport on 4 April (Part 2)/4月4日福岡空港にて飛行機撮影(その2)

I took two South East Asian carriers, Thai Airways International flight TG648 from Bangkok and Singapore Airlines flight SQ656 from Singapore were landing before the KL869 inaugural flight from Amsterdam. This day, Vietnam Airlines flight VN350 from Ho Chi Minh City has already arrived at 7:05am, so I couldn't take a photo.

アムステルダムからのKL869初便の前に東南アジアの2社、バンコクからのタイ国際航空TG648便とシンガポールからのシンガポール航空SQ656便が着陸していました。この日ホーチミンからのベトナム航空VN350便は午前7時05分すでに到着していたので写真を撮ることができませんでした。

I took some international flights takeoff and landing before and after the KL869/870 flights.

KL869/870便の前後に離着陸する国際線の一部便を撮影しました。

Before KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight KL870 to Amsterdam, two international flights took off. The first one is Korean Air KE788 to Seoul, and the next one is Vietnam Airlines VN351 to Ho Chi Minh City. All of them are belonging to Sky Team, the world's three biggest airline alliance.

 An hour later, the plane was returned to Taipei on BR2105./飛行機は1時間後BR2105便で台北に戻って行きました。
