Plane spotting @ FUK on 15 April/4月15日福岡空港での飛行機たち

Today I went to take pictures of a Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-300er. Today's flight is operated by this model, and it's my favorite CX plane so I had decided to go photo shoots. It took a little rain in the morning, but has stopped at about 10:30. It has therefore no problem for doing.
今朝はキャセイパシフィック航空便が僕の好きなB777-300ER機が再飛来していたので撮影しに行きました。朝のうちは雨が降っていましたが10時30分ごろに止んだので無事撮影することができました。

A Cathay Pacific flight CX511 to Hong Kong via Taipei was taking off at 11:08 am. The aircraft registration number B-KPD was used for flight of the day. It was a quick takeoff because a JSDF helicopter has just landed.
キャセイパシフィック航空CX511便は午前11時08分に離陸。機体番号はB-KPDでちょうどその前に自衛隊のヘリが着陸したため早く離陸したようです。

A runway change was done from 16R to 34R after a few minutes. Then a Jetstar Japan flight GK504 to Tokyo Narita made detours to the international runway to taxi and takeoff.
数分後に16Rから34Rへ滑走路変更。そのときジェットスター・ジャパンの東京成田行きGK504便が国際線滑走路へ迂回し、タキシングしていました。

An Air Busan flight BX142 from Busan was landing at 11:41 am. The airline will be sending A321s to their Fukuoka route. However, the company made aircraft changes to B737-400s today.
午前11時41分に釜山発エアプサンBX142便が着陸。いつもだとA321が入りますが今日の便はB737-400機に機材変更していました。

Meet two Star Alliance carriers each other at 11:48 am: While a United Airlines flight to Guam was during taxi and takeoff, a Thai Airways B787 dream liner plane was taking off.
午前11時48分にユナイテッド航空のグアム行きが滑走路を走行中にタイ航空のB787ドリームライナー機が離陸。ちなみにこの2社はともにスターアライアンス加盟です。

One hour later, I had tried to take a close up picture of an All Nippon Airways dream liner plane. There are heavy domestic takeoffs around noon, therefore the plane made detours to the other side.
1時間後全日空のドリームライナー機がこちらの滑走路にやってきたので近場狙いに成功しました。通常は反対側のほうをタキシングしますが国内線出発便のラッシュアワーだったせいかこちらのほうに回っていたようです。

Finally, I'm uploading a China Airlines B737-800s. The picture was taken at 12:42 pm. It seen to be a flight to Hiroshima. However, the plane has been diverted to Fukuoka because of an Asiana Airlines plane landing failure last night. 
最後に午後12時42分撮影したチャイナエアライン（中華航空）のB737-800機をUPします。おそらく広島便のようですが昨夜のアシアナ航空機着陸失敗事故に伴い当機を福岡にダイバートさせていたようです。

A Jetstar Asia Airways A320 gorgeous takeoff/ジェットスター・アジア航空A320機の華麗なる離陸シーン

On this day, I also tried to take some pictures of a Jetstar Asia Airways A320 plane. This is 3K510 flight to Singapore via Bangkok. The aircraft registration number 9V-JSO was used for flight of the day.
この日はジェットスター・アジア航空のA320機も撮影しました。当便はバンコク経由シンガポール行き3K510便で機体番号は9V-JSOでした。


The plane was started to taxi on Rwy 34R at 10:53 am. The image taken at that time becomes blurry in Photoshop, so I put a picture of that plane was during taxi and takeoff instead.
飛行機は午前10時53分に滑走路34Rにてタキシングを開始。そのとき撮影した画像がフォトショップではぼやけてしまうので代わりにタキシング中のシーンをUPします。

There's no other departure flights on the runway, the plane was soon to be taking off.
滑走路には別の飛行機がいなかったせいか飛行機はすぐに離陸。

Amazing takeoff Cathay Pacific Boeing 777-300ER at Fukuoka/キャセイパシフィック航空B777-300ER機の豪快な離陸シーン、福岡空港にて

Today I went to take pictures of planes in the morning. Especially a Cathay Pacific flight will be flying the 777s (Boeing 777-300ER) which is my favorite one. But the flight has been delayed in 30 minutes behind schedule because the plane got frosted, so it have to need deicing works. Moreover, the other two flights of a China Airlines and a China Eastern Airlines have the same situation as the Cathay Pacific flight. They have been delayed more longer time, about an hour.
今朝は飛行機を撮りに行きました。特にキャセイパシフィック航空便が僕の好きなB777-300ER機が飛来していたのですが霜による飛行機の除雪作業のため予定より30分ほど遅れて出発していました。さらにチャイナエアライン（中華航空）と中国東方航空の2便に関しても1時間遅れでした。

The plane was started to taxi at 11:20 am. The aircraft registration number B-KPF was used for flight of the day. It used to be a special livery "Asia's World City" before, but has been returned to a normal livery around the end of last year, I guess.
飛行機は午前11時20分にタキシングを開始。機体番号はB-KPFで以前は"Asia's World City"特別塗装機だったのですが昨年末ごろ(?)に通常塗装へ戻されています。

It has been done for taxiing, now the plane was waiting for takeoff.
タキシングを終えて離陸待ちの飛行機。

The plane was taking off at 11:27 am.

At 3:33 pm: A Philippine Airlines flight PR425 to Manila was started to taxi.
午後3時33分にフィリピン航空のマニラ行きPR425便がタキシングを開始。

There was an EVA Air charter plane waiting for takeoff, I was so lucky to see two planes together.
当機の前にエバー航空のチャーター便が離陸待ちだったので2機並ぶ姿が見られました。

The plane was taking off at 3:41 pm.
飛行機は午後3時41分に離陸。

At 3:50 pm, meeting two Asian carriers each other: A Jin Air flight to Seoul was started to taxi, and a Dragon Air flight KA380 from Hong Kong was landing.
午後3時50分にジンエアーソウル行きがタキシング中に香港ドラゴン航空の香港発KA380便が着陸。

Taking a close up picture of the plane taxiing and takeoff on Rwy 34R. The company logo resembles like a butterfly, and is using distinguish colors, blue and brown. Therefore the company name in the aircraft is also used to classify them, JIN is brown and AIR is blue.      
滑走路34Rをタキシング中＋離陸の飛行機を近場狙いしてみました。蝶をモチーフした同社のロゴは色分けされていて片方は青でもう一方は茶色となっています。さらに機体部分の会社名もJINは茶色でAIRは青となっています。

The plane was taking off at 3:58 pm.
飛行機は午後3時58分に離陸。

The Dragon Air arriving plane was stopped at Gate 56, the right end of the international gates. The immigration counters are nearby, so it's very convenient when you're getting off the plane.
ドラゴン航空の到着機は右端のゲートである56番にスポットイン。当ゲートは飛行機を降りるとすぐ近くに入国審査台があるのでとても便利です。

Change my schedule for next travel

I made some minor changes for my itinerary on Friday. Originally, I booked connecting flights separately between Fukuoka and Taipei via Seoul Incheon by using a free ticket between Seoul and Taipei. But I want time to go faster, so I decided to change outward journey to Cathay Pacific which offers a direct flight from Fukuoka. I still have 11,682 miles of Asia Miles, therefore I paid 120 USD plus all taxes, fees and surcharges of 203,00 HKD (about 26,20 USD and 3,200 JPY) that is a total of 146,40 USD (=17,409 JPY) by online. Before doing that, I called Kris Flyer call center to change my booking to Taipei/Seoul/Fukuoka on the way home. They replied me answer back so quickly,  re-booked my flights and charged me for a total amount of 10,290 JPY with my credit card. Of course, they gave me back the tax amount of 10,390 JPY I paid before. A fee of 3,600 JPY was automatically deducted when refund. I also made a cancellation of Asiana flight between Fukuoka and Seoul, and of Transit hotel at Incheon on the first day. They also gave my money back soon.

My new flight itineraries are as follows.

• April 18 CX511 Fukuoka 10:40 am - Taipei 12:10 pm
• April 24 BR160 Taipei 3:15 pm - Seoul Incheon 6:45 pm
• April 27 OZ136 Seoul Incheon 5:00 pm - Fukuoka 6:20 pm

The Cathay Pacific flight CX511 is scheduled to be operated by A340-300s. Presently the airline have 11 fleets, but all the fleets will be out of service by 2017. I've never taken them before, it will be my pleasure to do so.

The EVA Air flight is scheduled be operated by Kitty Jet. I flew that plane from Fukuoka to Taiwan before. I got the full experience of Hello Kitty related characters both before and during the flight: in-flight amenities, such as pillow covers, cutlery, snacks, hand soaps in the WC etc.. and even my boarding pass!

First I'm posting movements of a China Eastern Airlines Boeing 737-800 new livery from 1:52 pm to 1:55 pm. The airline has been decided to change the new design adopted last year, but it's first time to see such plane.
まず最初に午後1時52分から2時にかけての中国東方航空B737-800新塗装機の動きをUPします。同社は昨年から新塗装への塗り替えを実施していますがB737の該当機を見たのは初めてです。

After a few minutes, a Philippine Airlines flight PR426 from Manila was landing.
数分後にフィリピン航空のマニラ発PR426便が着陸。

At 3:27 pm, an EVA Air charter flight BR 1105 to Taipei was started to taxi. The aircraft registration B-16206 is a Star Alliance livery that has been received in October 2013. The A321 plane is equipped with shark let on the tip of wings drawing a logo symbolizing the five-star and the earth.
午後3時27分にエバー航空の台北行きBR1105チャーター便がタキシングを開始。機体番号はB-16206でした。2013年10月に受領した当機はA321のスターアライアンス特別塗装機で翼の両端にあるシャークレットの部分に5っ星と地球をイメージしたロゴが描かれています。

The plane met an All Nippon Airways (ANA) Star Alliance livery while waiting for takeoff. I was so lucky to see both planes each other.
離陸の際全日空のスターアライアンス塗装機とお互いに並ぶ姿が見れて本当にラッキーでした。

The plane was taking off at 3:35 pm.
飛行機は午後3時35分に離陸。

I'll tell you more stories about planes takeoff and landing on my next blog, such as a Philippine Airlines A321 takeoff and two Asian carriers pass one another: while a Jin Air plane to Seoul was taxi and takeoff, a Dragon Air plane from Hong Kong has arrived.
